We successfully delivered a range of Community Focused support across 2020 to 2021 from Covid19 Well-being Support, Mental Health & Emotional Support Inclusion, Employment Training & Support and Armed Forces Veterans & Family Support services across South West Wales.
The Family Foundation also supported 300 Forces Families with advice, information, skills & training opportunities. We have engaged many young & adult carers and provided tailored support services to help them improve their lives. Supporting vulnerable groups is a big area of our work during 2021 to 2023 along with supporting Mental Health & those living in extreme poverty.
In 2020 - 2021 we worked with over 11400 individuals across Wales providing a range of services
